Hi, I’m Maggie! My mission in life has always been to help others and make a difference, no matter how small. Through my love for fitness, I want to educate and inspire others to become the fittest version of themselves that they can be! Our bodies and minds can achieve such amazing things if we put the effort in and work to achieve goals, no matter how small.
I am NASM certified as a personal trainer and a nutrition coach. I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, no matter their fitness goals. I tailor exercises specifically for my clients for a full body routine, involving functional strength movements, balance, and an emphasis on proper form and mobility. My sessions are simple, challenging, and efficient. To me, fitness should be a life-long behavior where we work towards continuous improvement, and it should be fun and engaging, not something viewed as a chore.
In my spare time, I like to do anything active. From biking or hiking in my home state of Colorado, to exploring nature, traveling, cooking, eating the darkest chocolate, or spending time with family and friends, I’m always on the go or being active in some way.
